May is Mental Health awareness Month

Let’s Start a Conversation About Mental Health in the Idaho community

Mental Health Month is an opportunity to advocate for mental health awareness, support, increased quality of life, and compassion for Idahoans living with mental illness.

How Can you help break the stigma?

Breaking the stigma around mental health starts with empathy and understanding. Encourage open conversations about mental health by listening without judgment and offering support to those who are struggling.

By openly discussing our challenges and listening to others without judgment, we create a culture of empathy and support. Learn about mental health conditions, challenge stereotypes, and use language that is respectful and inclusive. Most importantly, offer kindness and understanding to those who are struggling.

Together, we can foster a supportive community that encourages open conversations and ensures everyone feels safe seeking help. Let's start the conversation this Mental Health Awareness Month and show that we stand united.
